-Title:Secretarial Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)
Job Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison for corporate secretarial and administrative matters, providing clear guidance to clients.
Draft standard resolutions and meeting minutes; review complex legal documents for accuracy.
Conduct KYC and Due Diligence checks, ensuring proper collection and verification of identity documents.
Coordinate corporate bank account opening procedures, including communication with banks and document preparation.
Manage statutory filings and monitor deadlines to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
Job Requirements
Business English proficiency to communicate internally and externally.
Business Japanese proficiency to communicate internally and externally.
Relevant experience in handling legal documents, contracts, or administrative compliance.
Additional Details
Salary: Monthly : S$4,000 (depends on the experience)
Work Hours: Flexible working hours ( 2 days working from home)
