-Title:Secretarial Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for corporate secretarial and administrative matters, providing clear guidance to clients.
- Draft standard resolutions and meeting minutes; review complex legal documents for accuracy.
- Conduct KYC and Due Diligence checks, ensuring proper collection and verification of identity documents.
- Coordinate corporate bank account opening procedures, including communication with banks and document preparation.
- Manage statutory filings and monitor deadlines to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
Job Requirements
- Business English proficiency to communicate internally and externally.
- Business Japanese proficiency to communicate internally and externally.
Relevant experience in handling legal documents, contracts, or administrative compliance.
Additional Details
Salary: Monthly : S$4,000 (depends on the experience)
Work Hours: Flexible working hours ( 2 days working from home)
