Overview
Our client, a Japanese financial institution, is seeking an Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support its Asia Strategic Planning team. This role involves working closely with senior management and a small team of expatriates.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to management and team members.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
- Assist with document preparation, translation, and internal communications.
- Support research, reporting, and general office operations.
- Contribute to event planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Handle other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese for communication with headquarters.
- Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; adaptable and proactive.
- Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles preferred.
- Basic IT knowledge is an advantage.
