Our client a well-known tourism company is seeking for Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for assisting Asian and Global members with difficulties at resorts
  • Complete with a high degree of accuracy various affiliate, inter-departmental and inter-company reporting and notifications
  • Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review
  • Perform investigative tasks to determine root cause and resolution of identified complaints
  • Perform improvement processes and projects with the aim to reduce the complaints volume
  • Provide proper guidance, support and direction to the sales team by undertaking an advisory role

 

Job Requirements

  • Effective communication skills business proficiency in Japanese language to support internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding customer-oriented approach and strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
  • Dedication to provide exceptional customer service
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
