Our client a well-known tourism company is seeking for Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for assisting Asian and Global members with difficulties at resorts
- Complete with a high degree of accuracy various affiliate, inter-departmental and inter-company reporting and notifications
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review
- Perform investigative tasks to determine root cause and resolution of identified complaints
- Perform improvement processes and projects with the aim to reduce the complaints volume
- Provide proper guidance, support and direction to the sales team by undertaking an advisory role
Job Requirements
- Effective communication skills business proficiency in Japanese language to support internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding customer-oriented approach and strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
- Dedication to provide exceptional customer service
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
