JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer support and handle phone inquiries during office hours and on-call after hours.
Respond to daily service requests, equipment breakdowns, and assist the marketing team with service support.
Perform preventive maintenance on medical equipment under maintenance contracts.
Support sales activities by preparing for and attending workshops, events, surgical procedures, seminars, and exhibitions.
Communicate with Japan Service Department for advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance.
Review and implement Engineering Change Notices and Technical Service Recalls issued by Japan.
Attend to breakdown calls for MS equipment (e.g., General X-ray, Portable X-ray, Laser Printer, Digital Mammography, Digital Fluoroscopy) and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
Carry out new installations of MS equipment and resolve complex start-up issues.
Research, evaluate, and recommend equipment upgrades and service contracts to meet customer needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering fields.
Knowledge of DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine – ISO 12052 standard).
Familiarity with HL7 standards for electronic health information exchange and integration.
Understanding of RIS (Radiology Information Systems) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems).
