Specific responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams on development and deployment of reporting for APAC Region as needed
- Design, implement, and maintain scorecards, standard reports and various workflows (from strategic and management view to tactical execution tracking
- Analyze and troubleshoot existing processes and workflows and make necessary changes to optimize performance, including automating the reporting process
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and solve for root cause issues, including filtering and “cleaning” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
- Identify trends and inconsistencies in data to provide perspective and business solutions. Present data-driven analyses to solve complex business problems
- Provide first level analysis and tracking on the various program rollout throughout the year
Person specification:
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Business IT or related discipline with 4+ years of related working experience
- Previous experience in financial or business management reporting and score-carding
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements
- Good time management and strong in following up
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of business processes for fast pace technology organization
- Highly organized and attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
- Must be highly analytical with the ability to understand business metrics, financial, customer, and market trends
- Excellent technical skills, communication, organization, and strong problem-solving skills with good attention for details
- Possess good Excel skills, preferably with Access/SQL experience
