JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Automation & Project Management
Use Python and SQL to automate data‑heavy workflows and transition manual Excel processes into scalable systems.
Manage project backlogs, document technical requirements, and track automation deliverables.
Build tools—including GUIs and SQL databases—to streamline operations and trading workflows.
Oversee dataset uploads to Google Cloud Platform and enhance data pipelines using BigQuery and Looker Studio.
IT Infrastructure & Vendor Coordination
Manage all IT infrastructure, including hardware lifecycle, office tech, and network administration.
Serve as the main point of contact for external IT vendors on network, telephony, and security needs.
Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting and handle device setups when required.
Operations BAU Support
Execute daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations with Prime Brokers.
Assist with NAV checks, PnL reconciliation, and variance analysis.
Support corporate actions, income processing, and FX hedging reconciliations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2–5 years in data management or buy‑side systems support.
Strong proficiency for automation and data processing (mandatory) such as Python & SQL.
Advanced formulas, VBA, and Power Query.
Experience documenting and managing technical projects.
Comfortable handling both hardware/network tasks and software development.
Working knowledge of GCP, BigQuery, and Looker Studio (or similar BI tools) is a plus.
