One of our Japanese construction companies is looking for Japanese speaking Sales Executive personnel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities to our clients who are mainly Japanese companies.
・In addition to in-office work, there are sales activities by actually going to customers' sites.
・Various client as from Retailer, Office, Factory and Plant.
・Sales activities will be including Business Development but no need cold call.
・Sales activities will be including Business Development but no need cold call.
→ We will acquire opportunities from gatherings where Japanese companies attend or refer from clients
・Ratio of Japanese clients will be around 90% and most of POCs are Japanese or Japanese speakers. → → Therefore, there will be high volume of using Japanese at work.
・We welcome those who have no experience in construction industry!
Following up through On-Job Training and input of knowledge through textbooks, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT
● Japanese: Business level (equivalent to JLPT N1, as most of our clients' POC are Japanese or local who can speak Japanese)
● English: Intermediate level (Sales Manager to report is a Singaporean who does not speak Japanese)
● High level of interpersonal communication skills and able to go sales activities outside of office
● Ability to create presentation materials using PowerPoint
● Prefer to collaborate with team and others internal/external stakeholders

Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Salary Range: Up to SGD5,500
Bonus: Yes (AWS + VB)
