COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading gaming design and production MNC in the gaming industry. We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager who will act as a bridge towards business partners setting clear goals and priorities to accelerate and drive overall sales revenue and increase team efficiency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountabilities as a Regional Sales Manager:
- Managing business development and partnerships focused on driving sales and building healthy sales pipelines.
- Managing and bridging partners to aggressively drive sales and total partnership potential to achieve set sales quotas accordance with engagement rules.
- Management of sales orders and status updates to partners/stakeholders
- Creating/using business management tools to streamline partner management.
- Collaboration with marketing teams to drive campaigns/event for brand exposure.
- Demonstrate great knowledge of the industry and about new products.
- Provide accurate weekly reporting and revenue forecasts to senior stakeholders
- Maintaining channel inventories, participating in sales meets and seminars/trade shows.
- Experience in the Australian and New Zealand market
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or any relevant discipline.
- 5 years of experience in channel/partnership sales.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT/Consumer electronics
- Experience with great partner management, ability to manage multiple partners.
- Proven success with prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Knowledge of sales lifecycle.
