COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a fast-growing wholesale digital bank in Singapore is expanding its Digital Asset Business Unit to serve crypto-native companies across Japan and Korea. They are seeking a driven and experienced Relationship Manager / Team Leader to lead this new team and drive deposit growth from high-potential Web3 firms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow accounts in the Digital Assets space.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including account opening, deposits, and fund transfers.
Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with internal credit and regulatory standards.
Conduct thorough AML/KYC/CDD risk assessments and maintain high compliance standards.
Prepare credit proposals and recommend appropriate risk mitigants for loan applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and contribute to product innovation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Korean or Japanese to communicate with native clients.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or companies specializing in blockchain, digital payments, or digital assets.
Strong network and understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
Familiarity with FX, spreads, and SWIFT systems is a plus.
