-Title：Manager (HR Solution Team)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead visa and HR support services, including workshops and updates on Work Pass regulations.
- Manage individual tax filing and clearance processes for clients.
- Develop and expand Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) services such as recruitment, compliance, and policy creation.
- Supervise and guide team members, set team goals, and participate in management meetings.
Serve as the main contact for Japanese-speaking clients, providing bilingual support and fostering client relationships.
Job Requirements
- 7 years of professional experience in HR-related tasks.
- 2 years of management experience, leading teams and overseeing HR operations and strategy.
- Business English proficiency to communicate internally and externally.
Additional Details
Salary: Monthly S$6,000-8,000/month (depends on the experience)
Work Hours: 9：30am ～6：00pm
