Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

Supported by a dedicated team of horticulturists, technicians, and sales professionals, our client delivers reliable expertise and high‑quality green solutions for a wide range of projects.
Your New Role
Prepare key financial reports including MIS, Board, Treasury, and annual budgets for Group and Trust entities to support strategic decisions.
Oversee daily finance operations such as banking, cash management, and FX hedging to optimize financial performance.
Review and ensure accuracy of work prepared by junior accountants to maintain high-quality records.
Support quarterly and annual audits by consolidating financial data and addressing audit and regulatory queries.
Manage multi‑jurisdiction tax matters in collaboration with external tax professionals.
Review and approve payment schedules, purchase orders, and online banking transactions to ensure strong cash‑flow control.
Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Group and Trust entities for accuracy and compliance.
Delegate and review journal entries to ensure accurate accounting records.
Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements for Group reporting.
Maintain monthly debt schedules to support financial planning and liability tracking.
Work with external accountants on quarterly reporting for selected Group and Trust entities.
Manage compliance and KYC requirements to meet regulatory standards.
Key Qualifications for Success
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Strong proficiency in ERP‑based accounting systems and financial software.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage tasks independently with accuracy.
Able to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Leadership or team‑management experience required.
Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
