-Title:Manager (HR Solution Team)
Job Responsibilities
Lead visa and HR support services, including workshops and updates on Work Pass regulations.
Manage individual tax filing and clearance processes for clients.
Develop and expand Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) services such as recruitment, compliance, and policy creation.
Supervise and guide team members, set team goals, and participate in management meetings.
Serve as the main contact for Japanese-speaking clients, providing bilingual support and fostering client relationships.
Job Requirements
7 years of professional experience in HR-related tasks.
2 years of management experience, leading teams and overseeing HR operations and strategy.
Business English proficiency to communicate internally and externally.
Additional Details
Salary: Monthly S$6,000-8,000/month (depends on the experience)
Work Hours: 9:30am ~6:00pm
