Our client is a highly exclusive F&B company in Singapore. The company is currently looking for a Leasing Manager that will be responsible to be managing properties that are leased by the client. This individual is responsible for all tenancy activities including sourcing for new potential venues for future high end F&B establishments.

Job Role
- Responsible for all tenancy activities
- Source and evaluate potential locations and conduct site inspections
- Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects
- Negotiate for new and renewal leases
- Analyse on impact of renovation cycles, sales transfer, initiatives rollout, and store expansions, closures and relocations
- Preparation of financial model for Management’s review
- Coordinate with Project and Maintenance teams to resolve facilities issues
- Application and renewals of licenses
- Lease administration and documentation
- Establish and build good relationships with landlords, real estate agents, property brokers and developers
Requirement

· Degree / Diploma in Real Estate / Building Management or equivalent · 5 years of relevant experience · Relevant experience in the F&B / Retail industry will be an added advantage · Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills |
