Our client is part of a technology conglomerate and they are looking for a HRBP, Assistant Manager to join their team to provide strategic advice to business leaders.
Responsibilities :
- - Research industry benchmarks and best practices for people strategy
- - Formulate people and organisational strategies across multiple functions such as talent development, OD, etc
- - Design new people systems and frameworks to aid in company growth
- - Review and improve existing policies and processes
- - Hands-on implementation of projects
Requirements:
- - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- - At least 5 years experience as a Generalist and HR strategy planning
- - Knowledge in Singapore Employment act and MOM regulatory guidelines
- - Experience designing methadologies and frameworks
- - Strong stakeholder management ability
- - Organized, detail-oriented and results driven and able to work independently.
