The Singapore team mainly supports these businesses by handling key corporate functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
They are hiring a HR Officer to support HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and HRIS administration across three entities (about 200 headcount). The role involves managing monthly payroll inputs, CPF submissions, maintaining employee records, handling surveys, and assisting with payroll reporting. You will also manage HRIS updates and system improvements, as well as HR admin tasks such as travel coordination, invoice processing, and updating attendance/leave/housing data

Assist payroll Executive to complete data input timely and accurately, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
Assist payroll Executive to generate payroll report
HRIS operation
Update employee database system
Analyze existing system function
Generate system modification requirement
Assist to identify HRIS’s requirement and summarize specifications
Assist in HRIS improvement
HR Admin
Proceed application and update payroll related data in HRIS (Attendance, Leave, RS fringe, Housing etc)
Assist in Travel Management
Process invoices payments from vendors and internal cost allocation
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in HR or related
Around 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR Operations especially payroll function
Knowledge in HRIS system
Strong knowledge of payroll computations, MOM and CPF legislation
JLPT N4 preference, but not a must
Communicate with Japanese expatriates, especially some who may not comprehend English fully by being patient, communicate in writing if the subject is complicated and converse in slower pace in English.
