Our client is a company in the Media, Events, and Entertainment industry and they are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support in HR operations and office administrative matters.
Role:
- Responsible for day-to-day HR & administrative work duties 
- Payroll Processing 
- End-to-end recruitment 
- Handle employee training matters such as attendance and records 
- Handle employee relations such as grievances, disciplinary, and organise team-building activities 
- Maintain P-files and employee leave and claims records 
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies 
- Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics to support decision-making 
- Manage office administrative matters such as upkeep of office maintenance 
- Others duties as assigned by management 
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR Management or related discipline. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint. 
- At least 3 years’ operational experience in HR field. 
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively 
- Experience in relevant industry and knowledge of BCA will be advantageous
