OVERVIEW
Our client, a Japan focused hedge fund, is looking for a Fund Operations Manager in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly valuation reports for investment funds
- Coordinate and communicate with outsourced fund administration vendors
- Support fund audits, including data preparation and auditor inquiries
- Assist with Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) preparation and responses
- Work closely with the Investor Relations (IR) team to support reporting and client requests
- Prepare and submit OTC derivatives regulatory reports to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency both in English and Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in fund management, asset management, securities firms, or related financial institutions is highly preferred
- Strong MS office skills especially Excel
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
