JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to nurture prospects, acquire leads and new customers.
• Develop campaign briefs based on data, research and insights for media and creative agencies.
• Identify and utilise new methods/channels to carry out experiments to improve campaign performance against objectives.
• Implement testing and optimisation strategies to enhance conversion rates across the conversion funnel.
• Content Marketing
• Develop engaging and informative content tailored to the various social media and content channels.
• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure consistency with overall brand narrative.
• Plan and amplify all content to meet respective channel objectives.
• Website and Social Media Management
• Manage website and its performance through SEO and other tactics and tools.
• Manage social media communities including capturing of feedback/comments.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Utilise data analytics tools to measure and analyse campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to monitor, analyse and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Support the development of Martech solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• 6 - 10 years of experience in managing paid media, including SEM, paid social, programmatic, content, database marketing and other digital channels.
• Experience showing results in a related industry with web / app presence.
• Highly data-driven, technically savvy and loves to push technological boundaries.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with good interpersonal skills to communicate with different stakeholders.
• Good project management and analytical skills to solve issues and attention to details.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Looker studio is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Have entrepreneurial spirit and interest in digital financial product innovation.
