About the BIM Coordinator Role:
A leading construction company is looking for a BIM Coordinator. This candidate will be accountable for responsible for digital processes associated with the design and construction stages of a project.
Key Responsibilities:
A leading construction company is looking for a BIM Coordinator. This candidate will be accountable for responsible for digital processes associated with the design and construction stages of a project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team, troubleshoot, and ensure timely delivery of models
- Uphold CAD and BIM standards while following company workflows
- Aid the Project Team in managing RFIs, creating presentations with BIM-Model, and related tasks
- Verify document accuracy based on BIM Modeling
- Adhere to the BIM Manager Execution Plan and project workflow criteria
- Participate in drawing reviews and produce drawings for production
- Develop presentation slides and documents related to BIM
- Facilitate communication, troubleshoot, and meet model delivery deadlines
- Manage CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination among relevant parties
To succeed in the BIM Coordinator, you will need to have core skills such as a practical and logical mind; attention to detail and self-motivated.
Key Requirements:
Key Requirements:
- Hold a diploma/degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D modeling using Autodesk Revit
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrate basic construction knowledge and the ability to understand building design drawings
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit; preferably experienced in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX, and other BIM software
- Understand CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination
- Preferably have experience in Singapore Hospital/Medical facility projects
- Exhibit core skills such as a practical and logical mindset, attention to detail, and self-motivation
