Workshop Supervisor - Rental Div

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Supervise Workshop Operation ensure equipment service order.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Coordinate and schedule workflow to meet production targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Coordinate regular maintenance and repair of workshop equipment.
• Ensure all tools and machinery are in optimal working condition.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


Educational Requirements
 

• Higher Nitec/ Diploma or Degree in Marine / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Past 3 to 5 years working experience in handling heavy equipment industry will be adding advantages.
• Good communication skillset in manging internal stakeholders and client.
