Company Overview
Our client a leading engineering company with a significant global presence. They specialize in a broad range of electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications engineering services for various sectors, including building, industrial, and infrastructure projects. As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking an Electrical Supervisors, to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and meticulously coordinate daily electrical installation works for significant infrastructure projects, such as large-scale water reclamation facilities.
- Oversee a broad range of site activities, including LV power distribution, switchboards, MCCs, control panels, cabling, and earthing works.
- Ensure all electrical works are executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Monitor and assess the performance, workmanship, and progress of subcontractors, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections, rectify non-conformances or quality issues, and ensure compliance with all project and safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with Engineers and other disciplines to efficiently resolve site technical matters.
- Maintain comprehensive daily site records and provide accurate progress reports to the Project Engineer/Manager.
Key Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–8 years of relevant site supervision experience in infrastructure, water treatment, wastewater, or industrial projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical installation practices and effective site coordination techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
- Familiar with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and construction site practices.
- Possess good leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at the Tuas area; transportation pickup available from designated MRT stations.
