Responsibilities
- Support overall IT department management and execution of annual IT operational plans
- Ensure compliance with Singapore IT regulations (e.g., MAS TRM)
- Lead and manage IT projects from planning to implementation
- Oversee system operations, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Manage vendors including issue resolution and contract negotiations
- Coordinate with internal departments, head office teams, and external stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to IT team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience planning and managing annual IT operational plans
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s IT regulatory framework (MAS TRM, etc.)
- Proven project management experience (≥30 man-months; 3+ projects)
- Experience in waterfall development environments
- Vendor management experience
- Experience leading incident response
- 3+ years working in a bank’s IT department
- Strong communication and coordination skills
