Our client is a leading IT solutions subsidiary under a general trading conglomerate. Due to extensive projects offered during COVID-19, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead, IT Operations to work with their growing team. Our client offers competitive bonus package to their staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for infrastructure team on all new system initiatives
Understand system operation environment and drive Infrastructure Review Process
Manage infrastructure services to support system environment
Work closely with team member to complete projects on time
Monitor and review own performance to achieve targets and deadline
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 years of working experience in IT infra/ IT industry
Possess working knowledge in network, M365, server and pc troubleshooting.
Possess Advanced knowledge in Microsoft PC OS 10 platform
Team player, objective problem solver and strong verbal and written communication skill in English.
Relevant certificate in AWS or Azure platform (Associate level) is preferred but not required
Possess Administrative knowledge in the following:
Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper‐V)
Backup Technologies (Veeam & Symantec)
Microsoft SQL Database
Oracle Database management
Network Routing / SD WAN / Firewall Policy
On Prem infrastructure‐ Wintel Server, Cisco Switches/Controller/Access point, Palo Alto/Fortigate Firewall, Linux and PC | Cloud ‐ Azure, AWS, M365, Cisco Cloud Security, Citrix VDI)
