Job Responsibilities
Coordinate annual management cycle activities including meetings, KPI reviews, and budget planning.
Develop and implement PR and branding strategies, including internal communications and CSR.
Support Operational Excellence initiatives and manage Global Trader Program (GTP) compliance.
Contribute to long-term strategy planning and talent development across global teams.
Liaise with government agencies and lead cross-functional projects to enhance organizational capabilities.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese to communicate internally and externally.
Additional Details
Salary: Monthly S$6,000-10,000/month (depends on the experience)
Work Hours: 9：00am ～5：45pm
