Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual management cycle activities including meetings, KPI reviews, and budget planning.
- Develop and implement PR and branding strategies, including internal communications and CSR.
- Support Operational Excellence initiatives and manage Global Trader Program (GTP) compliance.
- Contribute to long-term strategy planning and talent development across global teams.
- Liaise with government agencies and lead cross-functional projects to enhance organizational capabilities.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese to communicate internally and externally.
Additional Details
Salary: Monthly S$6,000-10,000/month (depends on the experience)
Work Hours: 9：00am ～5：45pm
