JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination and preparation for internal and external meetings and conferences
- Compilation and submission of internal reports
- Administrative support for the corporate division and managers
- Support for global conferences and ad-hoc tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English (required for internal and external communication)
Additional Details
- Salary: Around S$6,000/month (depending on experience)
- Annual Leave: 18 days (increases by 1 day per year of service, up to a maximum of 22 days)
- Work-from-home: Up to once per week
- Medical Support: Provided
