JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination and preparation for internal and external meetings and conferences
Compilation and submission of internal reports
Administrative support for the corporate division and managers
Support for global conferences and ad-hoc tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English (required for internal and external communication)
Additional Details
Salary: Around S$6,000/month (depending on experience)
Annual Leave: 18 days (increases by 1 day per year of service, up to a maximum of 22 days)
Work-from-home: Up to once per week
Medical Support: Provided
