Sales Executive to Sales Manager

Our client, a manufacturer of test and measurement equipment, is seeking a Sales Executive to Sales Manager.

• Responsible for selling technically-oriented products/services.
• Manages and implements the company's sales objectives, ensuring profitability based on current and potential customers.
• Supervises the sales team and guides their efforts to achieve prescribed sales targets.
• Collaborates with internal support teams for order processing, project coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinates with the service team to prioritize and address service requests.
• Personally handles selected major accounts.
• Provides leadership and support for technical solutions, proposals, and project execution strategies.
• Plans and implements project plans, allocating and managing resources accordingly.
• Leads and motivates the project team.
• Monitors project performance against targets.
• Establishes strong relationships with customers and collaborates closely with them throughout project implementation.
• Works closely with Marketing to plan and execute promotional seminars, providing market feedback.
• Ensures compliance with statutory regulations, environmental and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Responsible for providing a safe and healthy working environment for all staff.
