A solutions provider to leading pharmaceutical companies and established healthcare institutions globally is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Operations Manager to join their exciting team.
Job Description
Working closely with the sales teams
Conduct trainings, regulating sales practices across the region and supporting digital transformation tools
Setting of targets for the sales teams
Tracking and monitoring of sales
Strategizing with senior management in improving sales pipelines
Prepare presentation material for senior management
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a regional sales management role
Proven experience of managing people and high stakes communications
Solid background in handling high stakes clients and B-to-B sales with consistency in reaching targets
Experience with CRM systems / Sales Data and ability in converting it clearly to the senior management
Efficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in Japanese is required to communicate with internal stake holders and to work closely with the parenting company in Japan.
Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal & management skills
