Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Identification: Identify, research, and screen potential pharmaceutical or biotech partners that align with our strategic development goals for the APAC region.
- Market & Therapeutic Area Analysis: Determine optimal therapeutic areas for effective collaboration and conduct in-depth research on corporate strategies and needs of potential partners.
- Out-Licensing & Negotiation Support: Prepare comprehensive product out-licensing decks, contribute to drafting crucial agreements (CDAs, MTAs, Research Agreements), and actively support negotiations with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related Life Sciences field is highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field with an MBA is also considered.
- 5-8 years of dedicated Business Development experience within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, with a strong emphasis on technology evaluation and out-licensing.
- Proven track record in successful negotiation with senior stakeholders.
Good understanding of non-clinical, CMC, clinical, and regulatory development processes.
