JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform and carry out field technical support. Conduct installation and commissioning of machine/tooling.
Collaborate with overseas team to support customer services activities in Asia.
Execute planned preventive maintenance, emergency callout, repairs, upgrades, telephone and e-mail support to customers.
Application software support.
To liaise with factory in Europe to identify any improvement opportunities.
Provide pre-sale technical support.
Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.
Conduct product application or technical training to customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Possess over 5 years solid experience in field services, preferably having working experience in printing machine, packaging machine or automation system.
Good in planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of a third language is an advance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD drawing software.
Able to review technical specification and/or to have basic understanding on technical/conceptual drawing provided from customer and suppliers.
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision and able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel overseas frequently (including China).
