JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing on-site service operations
Planning and executing service assignments
Troubleshooting and documenting technical issues
Preparing detailed service reports
Providing technical advice and recommending solutions
Conducting risk assessments
Training team members
Handling claims and deviations
Performing general administrative duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
Marine-related experience (e.g., vessel crew or marine equipment supplier)
Experience in the marine sector preferred, but candidates from other industries with an interest in the marine sector are welcome
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment faults
Willingness to travel, including overseas assignments
Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Valid driving license required
