This is a global technology company that provides customized coating solutions for various industries, including electronics, semiconductor, automotive, etc.
Responsibilities
1. Building and optimizing the quality management system:
Develop and implement company quality strategies, promote the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, IECQ QC080000 (Hazardous Substance Identification), ISO 14001, and other systems.
Conduct internal audits, customer audits, and third-party certification verifications to ensure systems meet international standards and customer requirements.
2. End-to-end quality control:
Oversee quality supervision from R&D design, supplier management, production, to finished product shipment.
Lead DFMEA/PFMEA analysis, reduce quality risks, and implement SPC (Statistical Process Control), Six Sigma, 8D problem-solving tools to resolve process abnormalities and customer complaints, and achieve quality goals (such as yield and customer satisfaction).
3. Customer and supplier management:
Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and improve customer satisfaction.
Establish supplier quality assessment systems (QSE), promote supplier quality improvement, and ensure raw materials and outsourcing meet standards.
4. Cross-department collaboration and continuous improvement:
Collaborate with R&D, production, engineering, and other departments to optimize product design and process, improve product quality and consistency.
Foster quality culture, organize training, and improve employee awareness of quality.
5. Data analysis and decision support:
Use big data analysis tools (such as Minitab, QMS systems) to identify quality trends, produce improvement reports, and support management decision-making.
6. Compliance with regulations and industry standards:
Ensure products meet domestic and international standards such as 3C certification, RoHS, REACH, and related regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in quality management, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
At least 10 years of quality management experience in the 3C electronics industry (consumer electronics, smart hardware, communication devices, etc.).
Practical experience in electronic product manufacturing processes (SMT, assembly, testing, etc.) and key quality control practices.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as A, H, M customers is a plus.
Proficiency in quality management tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, Seven Quality Tools) and data analysis methods.
Knowledge of international regulations and standards for 3C products, with experience in internal audits (such as A, H, M customers).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
Fluent in English (reading and writing required, speaking is a plus), able to interface independently with overseas clients and suppliers.
