Project Manager (Site)

• Supervising tender processes, guiding planning, construction techniques, and ensuring the quality of tender submissions, while managing risks and issues.
• Evaluating tender documents and scope of works, assessing feasibility for qualification and financial criteria.
• Creating presentations, risk matrices, and providing information to top management for bidding approval.
• Crafting technical and commercial bids in line with tender requirements.
• Supporting projects in technical aspects, project strategy, and cost control.
• Developing internal training curriculums to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Providing ongoing assistance for civil projects, including technical advice, project strategy, cost management, process improvements, quality assurance, materials sourcing, and procurement.
• Assisting Project Managers with planning, site management, budget control, safety, and risk management when assigned on-site.

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering acknowledged by the PE Board or its equivalent
• Hold a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or construction management, or a combination of relevant work experience on building projects in Singapore, particularly for mega projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all facets of construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling, to grasp project implications thoroughly
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective interaction with clients, management, and team members
• Showcase strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Possess in-depth knowledge of legal issues and safety standards
• Demonstrate adaptability and prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Exhibit effective time management and logical decision-making abilities
• Display the capacity to handle pressure
• Preferably have local project/contract management experience
