Responsibility:
· Prepare and provide product updates, information and materials to distributors and customers.
· Assist Product Manager to organise and conduct product trainings.
· Assist Product Manager in setting strategy and roadmap for product or product line.
· Provide support to sales staff in product demonstrations and assist in the closure of sales.
· Liaise with vendors for supply of materials to set up systems for sales.
· Assist in new product launches, demonstrations, seminars and exhibitions.
· Work closely with technical department for installation of system products.
· Assist technical service staff when required
· Provide communication and support related to SiDRP projects
Requirements:
· Diploma minimum
· At least 2 years’ experience in relevant field preferred
· Enjoys B2B relations and knows how to develop clients
· Experience in both Hardware and Software integration and service support the client products
· Excellent communication skills and well organised
· Team player
· Goal oriented and an independent personality
Preferred requirements:
· Diploma in Optometry preferred
· Qualifications in courses relating to Opthalmic and Optical equipments
