Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Procurement to develop and manage procurement strategies for 18 brands.
- Lead and manage a team of 8 procurement professionals.
- Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Drive purchasing decisions to reduce costs and enhance quality through continuous process improvements.
- Analyse market trends, monitor price fluctuations, and manage associated risks.
- Work closely with internal departments, including sales, product development, and shop operations, to create seamless procurement structures.
- Ensure compliance with procurement contracts and oversee the entire supply chain.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or sales within the food or food service industry.
- Strong management experience, with a history of managing teams of 5 or more.
- Excellent skills in supply chain management, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Ability to think logically and develop effective business strategies.
