JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
・Hire and lead engineers, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment
・Be hands-on, involved in design, architecture, implementation and delivery
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables
・Work closely with with product management and other stakeholders to build and deliver Enterprise AI’s Trustworthy AI features
・Work closely with customers to understand their needs and align our development
・Hands on with ML Tooling, implementation and delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
・5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
・One of these
・2+ years of experience with Go service development and Kubernetes micro services.
・one year+ Trustworthy AI/ML experience.
・Experience with AI and knowledge of AI safety, traceability, trustworthy AI tooling and implementation (cleverhans/ART/Nvidia guardrails etc).
・Experience with source control (GitHub, GitLab) development tools, including Git, continuous integration, and code review
・Business level English or higher
