Responsibilities:
Proactive Investment Sourcing: Take the initiative to identify promising investment opportunities in both liquefied natural gas (LNG) and renewable energy sectors.
Comprehensive Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth due diligence, which may entail collaborating with external advisors, to thoroughly assess the viability of potential investments.
Skillful Negotiations: Serve as a facilitator for negotiations, engaging with sellers, potential business partners, and government officials to explore mutually beneficial agreements.
Financial Assessment: Analyze the financial aspects of potential investments, weighing profitability against associated risks to make well-informed decisions.
Reporting and Internal Approvals: Maintain transparent communication with the headquarters, keeping them updated on ongoing matters, and diligently secure the necessary internal approvals for procedural requirements.
Decarbonization Research: Stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving decarbonization landscape. Stay well-informed about emerging trends in Asia, including developments in e-methane, hydrogen, and ammonia.
Engagement with Key Stakeholders: Cultivate relationships and share The Company's activities with relevant market players and government officials, fostering collaboration with entities like EMA (Energy Market Authority), ASTAR (Agency for Science, Technology and Research), and MTI (Ministry of Trade and Industry).
