MNC, Insurance company is seeking IT security officer & administrator, who is in charge of IT daily operation and enhance IT security to comply with regulation and Japan HQ.
- To install software and hardware and complete initial setup
- To manage daily IT operation on current IT system and desktop system
- To provide IT support to inhouse users
- To manage external vendors to handle trouble shooting and customization on system
- To deal with IT security risk management and IT audit
- To response requests or questions by MAS and Japan HQ
Requirements:
- 3 years of working experience in IT administration role
- Having experience of conducting IT audit and planning and dealing with IT security risk
IT system includes: software, cloud services (AWS, Azure, M365), laptop, mobile phone
- Good at supporting users, understanding their problems and explaining technical concepts in simple words.
- Strong collaboration and positive working attitude.
- Ability to work independently to deliver consistent and quality outcome within stipulated timeline.
Employment Information
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm, 5 working days per week
- Location: West / WFH
- Probation period: 3 months

- Basic Salary: 5-7K/m x 12 + Variable bonus
