Our client is a Singapore based computer repair service company. Due to high demand in the market, they are looking for a IT Computer Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware diagnosis and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and other devices.
- Assemble and disassemble computer systems to perform necessary repairs on parts
- Handle inventory of repair parts and ensure their timely return
- Update and maintain accurate records of repair status
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with customers’ policies, processes, and procedures
- Respond to routine customer inquiries and provide timely and satisfactory service.
- Conduct software testing and run full tests to ensure devices are in fully working condition.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of "O" Level or Higher Secondary/ "A" Level/ ITE/ Diploma in Electronics or Computer/ IT, or relevant education certificate
- 1 - 2+ years of relevant experience in an IT Support position with troubleshooting skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and other common desktop applications
