A multinational company in the consumer product industry is seeking a HR Executive/ Assistant to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization in handling the HR generalist functions.
Responsibilities:
- In-charge of full-spectrum HR duties.
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll.
- HR administration, including prepare employment/resignation/confirmation letter and other HR related letters.
- Application & renewal of work passes.
- Evaluate performance appraisal system.
- Grievances and disciplinary issues
- Ensuring HR Policies compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR generalist role.
- Candidates with payroll experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in high pace environment.
