Our client is a company in the telecommunications industry and they are looking for a HR & Admin Executive to join the team to provide service excellence.
Role
- - Manage end-to-end payroll cycle including taxes
- - Application/Renewal/Cancellation of work passes
- - Manage P-files
- - Take charge of employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding including for expatriates
- - Assist on employee handbook review and update
- - Assist on HR policies and procedures review and update
- - End-to-end recruitment
- - Support on annual audit
- - Act as liaison for various vendors
- - Office admin matters
- - Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by superior
Requirements
- - Diploma in HRM or Business Administration preferred
- - 2-3 years of experience as HR Generalist
- - Payroll administration experience will be advantageous
- - Good attitude towards learning and able to have initiative
