[F&B] Bakery Assistant Manager

Famous Japanese Food retail company looking for Assistant Manager for their expansion. (In Japan, there are many outlets and popular in long time.)

[Job Responsibilities]

• Assit current Store Manager and provide quality service to the customers.
• Quality check of operation and implement sales/operation strategy.
• Analyse daily operation and plan PDCA with Management
• Coaching current staff, provide training to new staff.

[Requirement]

• 2~3 years of managerial experience in similar capacity
• Big passion in Food, F&B business.
• Strong leadership, team worker, good time management
• Japanese language skill will be advantage to liasie with Japanese expats and some customers.

Salary: up to S$3,000

Location: CBD, WEST
