Famous Japanese Food retail company looking for Assistant Manager for their expansion.
[Job Responsibilities]
- Assit current Store Manager and provide quality service to the customers.
- Quality check of operation and implement sales/operation strategy.
- Analyse daily operation and plan PDCA with Management
- Coaching current staff, provide training to new staff.
[Requirement]
- 2~3 years of managerial experience in similar capacity
- Big passion in Food, F&B business.
- Strong leadership, team worker, good time management
- Japanese language skill will be advantage to liasie with Japanese expats and some customers.
Salary: up to S$3,000
Location: CBD, WEST
