Overview
Our client, a Japanese financial institution, is seeking an Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support its Asia Strategic Planning team. This role involves working closely with senior management and a small team of expatriates.
Responsibilities
Provide executive and administrative support to management and team members.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
Assist with document preparation, translation, and internal communications.
Support research, reporting, and general office operations.
Contribute to event planning and process improvement initiatives.
Handle other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese for communication with headquarters.
Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
Strong organizational and communication skills; adaptable and proactive.
Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles preferred.
Basic IT knowledge is an advantage.
