JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Email correspondence in Japanese, English, and Chinese
- Schedule coordination
- Administrative tasks (including data entry)
- Recruitment-related support (e.g., interview scheduling)
- Cross-departmental communication
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business-level or higher proficiency in Japanese, English, and Chinese (Necessary for internal and external communication)
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Flexibility and openness to diversity
- Excellent communication skills
