【Main Job Description】
Corporate planning and sales management works for Group
such as; Assistant work for corporate planning
- Group revenue and profit management
- Investment management and reporting to Headquarter
- Planning and budget-management for group
- Preparing documents for submission to HQ, filing duties, data input
Assistant work for sales management
- Sales and profit of energy business unit planning
- Supporting for the achievement of sales and profit target
- Preparing documents for submission to HQ, filing duties, data input
Secretariat for General Meeting of shareholders and the Board of Directors Meeting
Secretariat for group meetings operation
Supporting for the establishment of new company and the business development
Preparation of reporting and presentation material to group and any elevant company/organization in Japanese and/or English.
Update and maintain of the reporting document, monthly/quarterly/yearly
Business trip to overseas for meeting of subsidiary and others.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by General Manager
【Requirements】
Native Japanese language to liaise with JP HQ.
