eCommerce & Business Development Manager | West Singapore | Food

To grow the e-Commerce business by developing and executing ecommerce marketing plans, secondary scope will be Business Development.

• Manage online retail platforms through strategies and analysis of buying patterns by maintaining promotions and conceptualising effective marketing.
• Build rapport and long-term relationship by understanding the needs of various customers.
• Work closely with team to implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive more traffic such as through social media platforms.
• Develop impactful e-campaigns that meet KPIs (traffic, marketing budget, site experience etc.) by embracing e-Commerce strategies and offline marketing plans
• Stay up-to-date on digital technology and explore opportunities to capitalise on the newest trend of consumer behaviour in e-Commerce.
• Monitor and ensure that pricing is consistent and competitive across all e-Commerce platforms.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the e-commerce operations, such as order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries and website development.
• Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, and other related courses or experience
• Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign), knowledge in photography will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and problem solver
• Good team player who can work independently
• Proactive, self-driven and result oriented
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
